I can't even begin to say how thankful my whole family is for the unbelievable support we received from !st Meridian during this very complicated time of life. Not only were they able to seamlessly establish home health care the very same day we needed it, they made changes and adjustments in real time to accommodate our requirements. The response time for every need was amazing and felt so good to know that knowledgable and highly trained care-givers were on their way. After a week in ER the doctor told me that my Uncle had end stage dementia and nothing could be done and I was asked to move him out of the hospital. I met with multiple facilities who refused to take him due to his condition. Then I met Tiffany on the phone and explained my delima. She immediately began the search for a place for my Uncle. In less than a day she found a possible match, but the facility needed an accessment from their facility staff nurse. I spoke to the nurse and explained everything. She could not tell me yes until she saw my Uncle in the hospital, but would try to see him that day. My uncle was approved along with Hospice care at their facility and arranged for his transfer the next day. My 96 year old Uncle has been at the same facility now for over a year and a half, no longer on Hospice and is happy and thriving today. I sincerely want to thank Tiffany for finding the perfect place for my Uncle. Tiffany saved my Uncle's life when the hospital and others gave up on him.

Tiffany at 1st Meridian Care Services cares about people. She provided superior support, showed patience and expert guidance locating a skilled nursing facility for my Dad after his stroke. She truly went above and beyond for my family. No doubt in my mind that her actions have given my Dad a better chance at recovery. Not sure what happens next but I know that I can call her for help. I can't express my thanks enough to her for being such a bright light in a dark time.
